As I was descending down Torrey Pines hill around 9:15 AM, I noticed that there were stand-alone no parking signs in the bike lane every 100 feet or so, about 20 – 40 of them. These signs were randomly positioned in the bike lane, some to the left some to the right others in the middle. The only sensible way to get through this maze was by taking the motor vehicle lane, especially at the speed most cyclist descend this hill.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p class="MsoPlainText"><font size="2" color="blue" face="Calibri"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p><p class="MsoPlainText"><font size="2" color="blue" face="Calibri"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">In <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:state w:st="on">Del</st1:state></st1:place> Mar, I called 911. The person taking my information properly called the situation obstacles in the traffic lane.
