<p class=MsoPlainText>Once a month we offer a fun ride in a scenic part of San
Diego County.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText>Part learning experience, part coffee jaunt, these rides
welcome all riders, but are geared for beginners. If you would like an
introduction to road riding, riding in a group, or just a nice morning out with
some fun bicyclists, this is a ride for you. The rides are typically 8-10
miles, flat, and we do it at a pace that encourages talking and interaction
(somewhere around 8-12 mph average, depending on the group).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText>We talk a lot, stop a lot, and usually eat or at least
bring doughnuts, while getting information about riding in various situations.
No registration required – just show up and ride! <o:p></o:p></p>
