In the big picture, $250K is peanuts, I wonder how much the recent work on the I-5/805 Merge cost... And all so the developers can build more houses in North County...<BR>

As cyclists, we should not be afraid to spend to bring the facilities up to standard, we need to think we have a place and money spent on cycling facilities is money well spent. <BR>
