line is technically in the lane or not. If I had to guess, I’d say that
the line is not part of the lane (otherwise it would be hard to decide WHICH
lane the paint belongs to – the bike lane or the rightmost regular lane?).
If anyone has some other information, please let me know so I can store it in
my vast reserves of bicycle trivia!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Signs’, a $4.6 million per year program, will be one of the functions
considered for managed competition. This will definitely impact cyclists, and
we’ll have to keep an eye out to make sure that any outsourcing proposal
includes guarantees that bicyclists needs will be included and that they will
be designed and implemented correctly. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
