that ‘Pavement Markings and Signs’, a $4.6 million per year
program, will be one of the functions considered for managed competition. This
will definitely impact cyclists, and we’ll have to keep an eye out to
make sure that any outsourcing proposal includes guarantees that bicyclists
needs will be included and that they will be designed and implemented
correctly. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
