the bike lane or the rightmost regular lane?). If anyone has some other
information, please let me know so I can store it in my vast reserves of

that &#8216;Pavement Markings and Signs&#8217;, a $4.6 million per year
program, will be one of the functions considered for managed competition. This
will definitely impact cyclists, and we&#8217;ll have to keep an eye out to
make sure that any outsourcing proposal includes guarantees that bicyclists
needs will be included and that they will be designed and implemented
correctly. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
