Did you girlfriend notice if the <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on">Bike Lane</st1:address></st1:Street> was also Marked "NO
PARKING"? As far as I know it is legal to park in a <st1:Street
w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Bike Lane</st1:address></st1:Street> unless it
is marked otherwise. As others have commented, it is not uncommon
for vehicles to be parked in a <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Bike
Lane</st1:address></st1:Street> that is marked No Parking. <br>
<br>
I imagine there are some lessons in this incident, probably not the time to
discuss them yet. Anytime someone goes down, it is sad.<br>
