There are lots possibilities. I see plenty of cyclists doing stupid things, riding on the wrong side of the road, running stop signs, stop lights, changing lanes without looking.<BR>

And a I see lot of motorists, motorcyclists speeding, not paying attention, not respecting bicyclists...<BR>
<BR>
The police should be able to establish the speed of the motorcycle and other relevent facts. <BR>
<BR>
I don't know what happened here except that someone was killed and that is quite sad. <BR>
