but at the point the bicyclist makes his left hand move to the straight thru
bike lane (the start of which is a good distance from the intersection) the
cars are still moving rather quickly in the right hand turn lane, and that’s
what makes it difficult to negotiate, especially when you’re when your moving
at less than 10 mph due to the hill.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

in the afternoon when the traffic is heavier and the drivers more aggressive.
