One of my dreams is that one day all the bicyclists in San Diego will report each and every traffic sensor that is broken (ie does not respond to a bicycle, including those that are not marked) and if it happens a second time, report each incident to the appropriate city council member. <BR>

It would be a significant effort but one that could not long be ignored.<BR>
