[SDCBC] Help a tourist? Fwd: Cycle Touring SD to Ensanada

A friend of mine (an LCI in San Luis Obispo) is considering a bike 
trip through upper Baja. Anyone with experience/info or 
recommendations for him?
I already sent him the web-blog for the couple from Israel who biked 
through here on their way south. They are in Ecuador now!
