[SDCBC] Seaworld bike path closed

I saw no "bike path closed" signs. But the cyclone rent-a-fence made it
obvious the path was closed. I saw no detour signs, and had to guess that
going into the Seaworld lot would work. It would not have occurred to me
had I not known about the east exit out of their lot.
