[SDCBC] Seaworld bike path closed

It's been closed for around six months. There was a warning posted at 
the time, saying it would be open again in May (although it doesn't look 
  like they're going to make that prediction). They seem to be doing 
some major reshaping of that Fiesta Island/South Beach connector, like 
there's going to be some aquatic access there...
