[SDCBC] Seaworld bike path closed

This sounds like it will impact the Pedal to the Park (May 25th)
route that connects cyclists from Sea World Drive to Ingraham Street
and on to Crown Point.
I will be looking at posted detour, or workaround options, to get PTP
cyclists through.
Stephan - Can you advise on City of SD point of contact?
