[SDCBC] Via Capri Bike Lane

Just a bit of a heads up here...  Been taking Via Capri (Mt Soledad from 
Torrey Pines/Hidden Valley) southbound every so often, there have been signs 
saying that the northbound traffic would be detoured this week but yesterday (about 
6pm) what I discovered they had actually done was closed the "Bike 
Lane=shoulder" for the very steepest section up at the top.  

This means climbing that 16% grade section with a line of cars behind you...

Also, the brush in that corner on the Rose Canyon Bike Path is about as bad 
as I have seen it, it's covering a good part of the path.  Those who are headed 
to the Karl Strauss event today might take note.

And finally, in the past few days, I have been seeing more "baby" rabbits and 
squirrels along the path, I hope people ride carefully and at a speed that 
allows the local animal residents a chance.
