Going westbound under the I-805 requires at least being between #1 
and #2 lanes. In your case, making a left turn, I'd be in the right 
third or center of the #1 lane. Fortunately this section is 
approached from a downhill, where it is easy to transition across the 
roadway in the distance between Lusk and Scranton making one lane 
change at a time.

Eastbound SVR approaching I-805 can be very congested and confused 
when everyone is leaving. I suggest using the sidewalk to get back to 
the traffic light at I-805 NB offramp. Push the ped button to disrupt 
the traffic flow, then make your right to go eastbound.

The right lane splits and becomes a right-turn lane between I-805 and 
Scranton, so be sure to choose good lane position.
