a) Somebody, I suspect, will pin blame for this on the seals ;-)

b) Ya' know ... for as beautiful (and well funded) as that part of the County
is ... ya' might think the /roads/ down there would be a little better, too.

c) Do we have a contact whose purview this is ... on the off chance they want
to schedule that rack for some maintenance?
