[SDCBC] No U-turn at Gilman/I-5? Re: Stupid Bike Lane

Here's the latest on the 56 bike path.



Currently, there are just a few items to finish and the path will be open
within the next two weeks. I'll let you know the moment it happens. Let me
know if you have any questions.
