[SDCBC] No U-turn at Gilman/I-5? Re: Stupid Bike Lane

The "Duck Path" on the SR-56 Bike Path at Carmel Country Road is 
passable now.  I went through there today with no problem.  The slime 
is gone and there is just a trickle of water.  The "Road Closed" 
signs have been removed.

More good news on the SR-56:  There was a crew working at the East 
end of the path near I-15.  They were clearing brush from the sides 
of the bike path.  This *MAY* be a sign that some progress id near on 
opening the bike path across I-15 !!
