[SDCBC] No U-turn at Gilman/I-5? Re: Stupid Bike Lane

I'll bet the official answer is: stay in the bike lane (on southwest bound
LJCD) until you get to the intersection, dismount, press the walk signal,
when it's green, look for right-on-red turners heading for I-5 north, walk
across the road in the crosswalk, then mount and proceed on the path.
