[SDCBC] Bogota vs. San Diego

Which one(s) first?

My recommendation - Hwy 52, to/from Hwy 5 as far east as possible/reasonable.
We've tried several times. This canyon non-route is probably one of 
the reasons SDCBC got started; a controversy w/the Sierra Club when 
15 went in.

Maybe there are other sites?
