Dear Sdcbc-ers: Hello! On my way back home from the Wednesday board meeting I came across a SDPD bicycle-borne officer ticketing a taxicab on Broadway. No pictures, alas, because a flash camera would be too intrusive and I didn't think to try for an ambient light shot.... Robert Leone
