[SDCBC] Age to travel, and how to travel

Dear SDCBCers:
	Does anyone else who went to public schools in California in the 70's 
and early 80's remember a class film of bike safety education called 
"Just Like a Car"? It includes the most fantastic getting a ticket for 
running a red light scene you could possibly ever visualize without 
computer-graphics talking animals.... I reall seeing it in either 
Elementary AND High School or in Elementary and Junior High School.
