I think cycling through Pendleton north of Las Pulgas is inherently very
safe. Cycling the wrong way in the number 1 lane on I-5 is inherently
very dangerous. Everything else falls somewhere in between.

But I think this is getting off-topic. So I'll go find something more
constructive to do and stop pestering the list.
