[SDCBC] What were they thinking?

50MPH arterial???  it is a 55MPH arterial!!!  Remember just a couple 
decades back this was the national speed limit...  and here, and now 
we are seeing that speed limit on "shared" surface streets...  sigh...

I wonder what speed the motorists will actually be driving.
