[SDCBC] Big sign in bike lane at Chart House

On late Saturday afternoon, I was bicycling south on the Coast Highway by the Chart House in Encinitas.? In the middle of the bike lane, the Chart House had put two plastic poles about three feet high.? Between the two poles, was a sign about four feet high which said "valet parking".? Of course, bicyclists were forced out into the traffic lane to pass.? Does anyone know if this is routine?? Or this is a one time thing?? I'm about ready to call the manager of the Chart House to request that they not put barriers in the bicycle lane.? Feedback?
