[SDCBC] South Bay Dangerous Bike Path Change

You may wish to point out that Caltrans design guidelines are for posts on bicycle travelways to be 4 feet apart. It took several years, but finally Phil Adams of City of San Diego triggered the correction of the ones at the entrance to MiraMesa I-15 bike path from Erma Rd.
