I didn't examine the area closely. It's possible that there
are some hooks or loops, but nothing like on the Coaster.
Other bicyclists on the car (who left before I snapped the
photograph) weren't using straps.

The next time I ride the Sprinter, I'll look more closely
and let you know what I find.
