Philip,

Thank you for a very informative post. Your reporting has given my a  
good idea of what to expect.

One thing, though I have yet to set foot (or wheel) on a Sprinter,  
your photograph clearly show bike strap tie-downs on what look like  
the arms between the seats right where the arrows of the "Secure Bike  
Here" sings point.
