[SDCBC] Fwd: MTC to study Idaho "stop-and-roll" law

If "foot on the ground" really is part of the law, I violate it at almost every stop sign and fully support changing it. Have these clowns never heard of trackstanding, which even a total klutz such as I can master long enough for a stop?
