[SDCBC] North Torrey Pines: The update.

Dear SDCBCers:
	Alas, they were doing so well. The traffic control authorities for the 
US Open have placed additional barricades stating "No Stopping No Pickup 
No Dropoff" along North Torrey Pines (north and southbound) from about 
UCSD in the south to as far north as the intersection with Torrey 
Science Park Way (just before the downhill starts/uphill ends).
	Unlike the moved-off-the-road "NO Parking" barricades these are more 
likely than not to be in the shoulder or the bike lane.
	This was at about 6 to 7 PM on Friday night.
