[SDCBC] Oregon bicycle laws for the California-bred?

The main difference in CA/OR laws that I know of that affect
bicyclists are related to how right-turning motorists are supposed to
treat bike lanes.

In CA motorists are required to merge into the bike lane (yielding to
any cyclists in it) before turning right.
In OR motorists are prohibited from merging into the bike lane, and
must drive all the way to the intersection without entering the bike
lane, then turn right across it.

Thanks to google, I was able to find an article from a while ago that
had a really cool animated graphic showing the difference.
Here it is:

Be extra vigilant of right hooks in Oregon!
