[SDCBC] Time commitment? Re: Road 1 in June

Imagine how many more people could take and learn from the class if
the first part was an online tutorial and test followed by a riding
session. Essentially, you could offer a riding session every weekend
for all the people who passed the test. Take the test at your
leisure. Do the riding session at your leisure. It's much more
flexible to accommodate the wide variety of schedules for all San
Diegans.

If Harvard feels comfortable offering online classes and test taking,
I'm sure we could find a way for it to be meaningful for bike riders.

And there is a lot of talk about educating police officers--how much
easier would it be to take education to the force if they could
require an online test to help their teams learn bike safety and laws?
