I am not sure how much could be effectively covered "on-line." The concepts
are pretty simple once one understands the Paradigm but getting that
"Vehicular Cycling" feeling developed deep in the gut, ie that one is actually safer
"taking the lane", this is probably best done in the classroom.
It would seem that some of the equipment related stuff could be put on-line
but I wonder how many people could actually learn to adjust a derailleur from
an on-line course??? For those who already know, well, they could breeze though
it but for those who didn't, I doubt they are going to learn...
That's my two cents...
