[SDCBC] Ride and Learn this weekend

Once a month we offer a fun ride in a scenic part of San Diego County.

Part learning experience, part coffee jaunt, these rides welcome all riders,
but are geared for beginners. If you would like an introduction to road
riding, riding in a group, or just a nice morning out with some fun
bicyclists, this is a ride for you. The rides are typically 8-10 miles,
flat, and we do it at a pace that encourages talking and interaction
(somewhere around 8-12 mph average, depending on the group).

We talk a lot, stop a lot, and usually eat or at least bring doughnuts,
while getting information about riding in various situations. No
registration required - just show up and ride! 

 

This month's Ride and Learn on  Sunday, June 8th is one of my favorite
rides.  Please join us and feel free to invite friends, family, neighbors,
co-workers....anyone who would enjoy a beautiful ride through scenic Pacific
Beach and La Jolla  while improving their riding skills

and making new friends.    :-)

  

 Pacific Beach/La Jolla:   Meet at Mission Bay Visitor's Center at

9:00 for 9:15 ride start. A lovely ride through north Mission Bay, Pacific
Beach, and La Jolla. Don't miss it!
