[SDCBC] What to do if you hit a bicyclist in the US

The old standby "There was nothing I could do he/she swerved to the left?!?!?!" dosen't work when you are travelling in the opposite direction. If you find yourself in this situation just follow this guys lead and you will boggle the DA.

Seems like a good fit for those that write about Darwin and survival of the fittest in the comment section of stories like these.
I became curious about this some time ago and started a "google alert" that drops emails into my inbox with links to any story on the internet that has the words "bicyclist killed" The foremost result of this three year long study is, don't ride a bike in Florida.
