[SDCBC] Car crashes into bike race

Thanks for posting, Tom. I had heard about the tragedy on Bikeforums.net. Perhaps we should probably let the Mexican authorities deal with the motorist, instead of bringing him back to the U.S. for a small fine and wrist slap.
