[SDCBC] SD Police: "You need to be in the bike lane"

Dear Frank:
	Somehow I don't think uniformed SDPD officers riding bikes with 
blinking red and blue lights and wearing holstered pistols and sheathed 
radios (they're getting amazingly small, but they still change the 
rider's silhouette) get the same level of adverse attention from that 
tenth of a percent of the motoring public who say or do irritating, 
harrassing or dangerous things in the presence of cyclists.
	If they DID, we'd be seeing newspaper stories about how long someone's 
going to be in prison for assaulting an officer with a soft drink about 
every month or so....
