Given Sycuan's location on an Indian reservation, what are the legal implications and legal remedies available if someone gets drunk there and then commits murder- or mayhem-by-DUI? Despite MADD's best efforts, drunk driving is still a major problem in the U.S., and one which affects all of us as bicyclists. What is the most effective and productive way to address the issue?

Hmm. This effort raises a few questions in my libertarian mind...
So, we should restrict the freedom of Sycuan Casino by prohibiting
them from selling alcoholic drinks
to adults because some of those adults will drink too much and drive
in a manner that endangers the lives of others, including maybe
cyclists?
By that logic shouldn't all casino, bar, liquor store owners and even
private party hosts have their same freedom equally restricted? Why
treat Sycuan unequally? Because we can? Might (of the majority)
makes right?
Just asking...
