[SDCBC] Tour of California link to a story discussing the final stage of 2009 TOC.

It's interesting that the announcement said that the final stage will be RB
to Escondido, but this article indicates the race will end at the top of
Palomar!!!  That's excellent.  I'm still hoping they will also go down to
Borrego Springs first.  The climb up to Palomar is one thing, but starting
from Borrego and going up the Montezuma grade is something else again!
