[SDCBC] Q re bike parking near convention center

Sounds good. Time to go through the singlespeed in the Jeep -- yes, I'm
driving part of the way, as biking in from scripps ranch will just make me a
bit too sweaty for a day of rubbing elbows with one hundred thousand people.
