[SDCBC] Fwd: ghost bike

Dear SDCBCers:
	I ride through that instersection on occasion. I've always thought 
getting into the left turn lane the hardest part. That said, I don't 
recall it going on a solo bike -- but there's aways cars. I could see a 
cyclist being tempted by a stale yellow while being followed by a 
motorist whose willingness to stop has not been demonstrated deciding to 
"go for it."
