[SDCBC] Tour of California finally comes to San Diego!

The final stage of the Tour of California this year will be Rancho
Bernardo to Escondido!

The route has not yet been announced, but I assume they will take the
long way... hopefully something like the following which would take
them through Julian down to Borrego Springs, up Montezuma to the top
of Palomar and then to Escondido.  About 125 mi.
