For every cyclist whizzing by, I see hundreds of motorists that are not only speeding, but pushing up speed limits by their actions.
Too bad that cyclist can't turn that stop sign into a yield as a motorist can turn that 40MPH into a 50MPH.
Not I am not saluting the actions of that light running cyclist... but I find that issue minor compared to the issue of law breaking motorists who have the potential to cause far more damage.
