Boy, I feel the exact same way.  I shouldn't let that bother me but it does.

I've caught up with the stop sign/light running cyclists and tried to
explain that to them.  They never accept it.  Sometimes the
conversation heats up (usually because of me, I'm already irritated by
their action).  That also does no good.

Apologies for the vent.  Jon's comments just struck home.
