I give you permission to Harp about the poor motorists you see. :)

My eyes see far more cyclists that ride poorly, I rarely see a car run a
stop sign at 25 mph but I see cyclists do it all the time. It particularly
irritates me when I am stopped at a stop sign and some nitwit comes whizzing by....
Some believe that errant cyclists are only risking their own health but I am
quite sure that they are also risking not only their health but the general
health of the cycling community. In such a case, they are increasing my risk.

But just imagine how much smoother and easier bicycle-car interactions would
be if all cyclists understood and abided by those "Best Practices." Every
cyclist that runs a stop sign or light, that wanders around the road without
regard to rules, they are making it worse for the rest of us.

Oh, yeah, thanks for permission to harp on poor cyclists... :)

Jon
