[SDCBC] Fwd: ghost bike

That's a no brainer.  Been seeing a ton without at night these last few 
months.  Most are kids in their black on black with the bmx bike.   But 
a few were on the road like this guy tonight.

Yeah, the story was sketchy, just said he turned against the red, and 
with the way signals work, it's easy to believe that.   Didn't really 
say what way the driver was going either, but if he was heading 
westbound up the hill it's possible they didn't see him until it was too 
late, especially if the cyclist wasn't prepared for riding at night.
