[SDCBC] Fwd: ghost bike

Not too many specifics on how it happened.  Wonder if he had lighting? 
I just about nailed some moron tonight that had no lights, no 
reflectors, riding the wrong way on the road.   This is maybe 15 minutes 
ago coming home from the BMX track with my kid.   Saw him at the last 
minute riding towards me on the shoulder.   Whoever it was is going to 
be a statistic if they keep riding after dark like that.  I'm sure I 
scared him more than he scared me, but man, no common sense.
