[SDCBC] San Onofre/Tresltes Toll Road

If we know that the camping areas will be lost, I think we can safely assume that the bicycle access will be lost, also.

Every time some private toll road company wants to steamroll a freeway through an area, they always trump up the "We need it for they safety / firefighters / emergency vehicles" arguments.  Whenever I hear one of their suits mouth these words, I want to stuff an flashing red light down their throats.
