[SDCBC] Contribute to SDCBC, Get a Tandem

 Hi:  I have an extra Tandem that needs a home.  Rather than selling it, 
rather than donating to DAV or someone else who has no idea of what do with it, I 
have decided I would like to offer it to someone who makes a worthy monetary 
contribution to SDCBC.  I would like to see at least $150 heading into the 
coffers of SDCBC but more is would be nice too.

Description:

This is an entry level Fiore Tandem that I "reworked", I replaced just about 
all the parts except the frame, fork and stem.  This is a steel Mixte frame 
design.  Over the years my wife and I have ridden it quite often but we landed a 
Burley via Craigslist...  

Specs:

Frame: Fiore Mixte MTB style
Color: Red
Drive line:  6 speed rear with a 48-28 front.  This uses a same side timing 
chain ala Burley Duet.  
Shifters: Shimano Diore Thumb shifters
Brakes:  Shimino Cantilevers with some heavy duty brake levers.
Wheel, front:  Performance 36 hole, 26 inch
Wheel rear:  40 spoke Sun rim, Phil Woods hub, custom built by Dan Rock, now 
of B&L  this is the high light of the bike. If I was smart I would keep this 
wheel...
Seat posts:  basic aluminum...

Anyway, this is a decent bike for a couple who wants to ride a tandem, it's 
not a Fiesta Island TT Bike but it's been around the island a few time,  It's a 
rider...  

If anyone is interested, I do have a photo I can send.  I can also show the 
bike.
