Dear SDCBCers:
	How about this? Close up of cyclist with cell phone shoved underneath 
the helmet straps  and the text "The Hands Free Cell Phone Law applies 
to cyclists, too. Same Road, Same Rights, Same Rules. If you'd like to 
know more, contact the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition." The text 
would be usable for a short radio spot, too.
	I've been hearing my local bike shop's ads on 103.7 Sophie. How much 
does a radio ad buy cost nowadays?
